All of our tours start from Waitangi Wharf. This is where the majority of cruise ships tender their passengers. Occasionally, when there is more than one ship, they will also tender to Paihia. We will make arrangements to collect you in this case
Bay of Islands is a tender port. This means that it can be vulnerable to adverse weather conditions. Every season a small number of ships do not make it to the Bay of Islands because of poor weather or sea conditions.
If your ship does not make it into the Bay of Islands, for any reason, then there is a full refund of your deposit.
The itinerary of each tour is planned to match the exact schedule of your cruise ship.
